This is a beautiful vintage original painting on cardboard, depicting a rural autumn landscape.  

Signed in a lower-right corner Morris Katz. 

Presented in a solid wood frame with a liner. 

The painting and frame are in good condition.

Framed 44" x 32", painting 36" x 24".

Morris Katz (1927-2010) was a renowned American artist known for his speed painting techniques and his ability to create detailed artworks in a short amount of time. He was born in Galicia, Poland, and later emigrated to the United States.

Katz held the Guinness World Record for "World's Fastest Painter" and was known for completing large-scale oil paintings in just a matter of minutes. He specialized in landscapes, still life, and portraits. His works often depicted scenes from nature, including mountains, flowers, and bodies of water.

Throughout his career, Katz gained international recognition and exhibited his artwork in various galleries and museums. He also conducted live painting demonstrations and workshops, showcasing his unique and rapid painting style to audiences worldwide.

Morris Katz passed away in 2010, but his legacy as a talented and prolific artist continues to inspire others in the art community.
