Up for sale is a beautiful Antique 18-century original oil painting on canvas depicting a portrait of a Nobleman with a large whig, and a red-lined jacket Signed Js. Jones Px and dated 1780 lower left. The painting is in good/antique condition, has some craquelures due to age, cleaned, scattered overpaint, several small patches visible on the reverse.
